API access for keywords ranking

Basically, I would love to be able to pull the equivalent data that is available in the daily Keyword tracking report.
Would also like to track the metrics surrounding email follow up campaigns at a daily level as well as track the change log if possible via api.
All would be collected into a database then used in other applications.
Extra, but not necessary, is the ability to push new keywords into the system without having to log in to the account.
